CANCELLATION POLICY

I totally understand that life happens! ☺️ just kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This courtesy gives me enough time to offer your spot to another client who’s been waiting. If a cancellation happens within 24 hours, there will be a 20% fee of your service total.
